Patty is one of our phenomenal PAs! She has been a PA for 24 years, and has worked in the medical field for 30. She got her Bachelor's of Nursing (Magna Cum Laude) from Western Michigan University, then received her Master's of Medical Sciences from Saint Francis University. She then attended the PA program at Red Rocks in Colorado and graduated with honors! Her specialties are Emergency Medicine/Trauma, Neurosurgery, Urgent Care, and Cardiology! Her certifications include DOT, Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support, Trauma Nursing, Advanced Trauma Life Support, and NIHSS. Patty took an interest in the medical field at a very young age, always being fascinated with how the body worked. Her grandma was a nurse and told her stories about work, which inspired her to follow the same path!
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her daughter and camping. Some fun facts about Patty: Her biggest pet peeve is crumbs on butter, and if she won the lottery, she would hire someone to be her personal driver (and get a new pair of socks every single day!)
Say hi next time you see Patty in the office!
